Welcome to Good News Homes!  Thank you for visiting our website.  Good News Homes is a transitional housing ministry for those families that are homeless in our community.  We are a small non-profit who strives to assist homeless families in the Oldham / Trimble County area.

Our transitional housing program consists of 3 bedroom apartments for families as well as a group dwelling for single women or single mothers with small children.  We also have a single family dwelling in LaGrange generously donated by a small group from Southeast Christian Church several years ago.

We receive many calls each week with requests for housing - sometimes those weekly calls add up to almost 200 requests for housing each year.  Unfortunately, we can only house 13 families at a time, so you can see the need is great!
